• Responding to your inquiries and requests.
• Communicating promotional offers, business referrals, and special events.
• Conducting internal administration, marketing, planning, product development, and

• Complying with legal requirements related to law enforcement, national security, and
regulatory obligations.
• Facilitating business referral programs.

Complaints: If you believe that PBR has breached the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you may file a complaint with us. We will investigate the issue and provide a written response within 60 days of receiving the complaint.
Data Processing: Your personal data will be processed within PBR's operating management system.
Primary Function: The primary function of PBR is to promote business growth through networking and referrals among its members. As an applicant, you acknowledge that PBR does not endorse the professional capabilities of any of its members. Engaging in business or referrals with other members is at your own discretion and risk, and PBR is not liable for any outcomes resulting from such engagements.
Membership: Upon joining PBR, members are assigned to a chapter. The growth and success of each chapter are the collective responsibility of its members. Members are responsible for venuerelated costs for weekly meetings. PBR reserves the right to restructure or close chapters as necessary, reassigning members to other chapters with the Membership Committee's approval. If no suitable chapter is available, PBR will issue a certificate of credit for the remaining membership term according to our guidelines. Only one member per professional classification is permitted per chapter. The Membership Committee has final authority on classification issues, which may be adjusted at their discretion.
Mediation: In the event of a dispute, the involved parties must confer within three days of a Notice of Dispute. If unresolved within seven days, the dispute will be submitted to mediation in the city closest to the issuing party. The mediation will follow the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia's rules. This clause does not prevent parties from seeking urgent court intervention if necessary.
Limitations on Liability: PBR, its franchisees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives' liability for any claim related to this Agreement or membership in PBR is limited to the amount of annual membership dues paid by you. PBR is not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
By signing this application form, you affirm that all provided details are accurate and agree to abide by PBR's terms and conditions, including its Policies, Programme Guidelines, and Code of Ethics.Violation of these terms may result in membership termination without a refund.
