4. Membership Limitation: Members are prohibited from affiliating with additional PBR chapters or analogous referral groups to ensure sustained dedication to their current chapter.
5. Attendance Policy: Adherence to regular attendance is paramount. Provisions are made for substitutes and limited absences. However, exceeding the stipulated absence limit may prompt intervention from the Leadership Team.
6. Visitor Policy: Welcoming guests to attend up to two chapter meetings fosters a spirit of inclusivity and opportunity.
7. Leave of Absence: Provision for medical leaves is contingent upon prior approval from the Membership Committee. Conditions include fee pre-payment and arrangements for temporary replacements.
8. Conflict Resolution: Members are expected to promptly address concerns regarding potential conflicts arising from visitor applications with the Membership Committee.
9. Business Specialty Changes: Requests for alterations to business specialty representation necessitate approval from the Membership Committee.
10. Probationary Measures: Membership Committees reserve the right to place members on probation for infractions against conduct or commitment standards.
11. Disciplinary Actions: Instances of non-compliance with PBR policies or code of ethics may result in the initiation of scrutiny into a member's business specialty by the Membership Committee or Leadership Team.
12. Policy Amendments: All proposed policy changes undergo review by the Executive Board of Advisors, overseen by the Chief Executive Officer of PBR.
13. Intellectual Property Usage: Members are expressly prohibited from utilising PBR's intellectual property without prior written consent, subject to adherence to PBR Branding Standards. Accessible access to the current version of policies is available through the PBR member section.

4. Membership Continuity: PBR and its Franchisees retain the right to discontinue a member's participation in the organization or chapter, safeguarding the integrity of the network.
5. Seamless Chapter Transfers: Members seeking to transfer to a new chapter undergo a streamlined process by submitting a completed Application Form to the Membership Committee. Depending on their membership credit status, additional renewal payments may apply. Accepted members have their credits and renewal periods seamlessly transferred to the new chapter.
6. Dynamic Policy Evolution: Policies undergo dynamic evolution, subject to review by the Executive Board of Advisors under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer of PBR in Upland, California. The latest policy version is accessible in the PBR member section or upon request via email at pbr.melb@gmail.com, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
1. Membership Renewal: Membership expires at the end of the selected period.Renewal requires approval from the Membership Committee and payment of fees for the next period.
2. Representative Replacement: Companies with paid membership fees have the right to replace their representative, subject to Membership Committee approval. If not exercised within 14 days, the current representative may become a member or represent another company with approval. Clear contractual arrangements are recommended before application.
3. Transfer of Fees/Credits: Fees or unused credits are transferable within the same company only and cannot be merged between existing members. Replacement applicants require Membership Committee approval.
4. Chapter Ownership: Each chapter constitutes a part of PBR's operation and intellectual property.
5. Member Relationship: Members are not agents of PBR but can engage in chapter activities under PBR's policies and guidelines, exclusively during their membership.
6. Leadership Contribution: All members are expected to serve at least one term on the Chapter's Leadership Team.
7. Media Representation: PBR is the sole entity authorized to represent itself in any public media relationships.
8. Non-Action Clause: Members agree not to take action against any Leadership Team member concerning PBR matters.
9. Indemnification: Members indemnify PBR against any liability resulting from their statements or actions.
10. Marketing Guidelines: Multi-level marketing members should promote products/services, not the business opportunity aspect.
